NDCDE uses Parchment Digital Credential Services for transcript requests. To request an official transcript of course grades and credits earned through NDCDE please view the 'Electronic Transcript Request from Parchment' on our forms page. You will need to set up an account to request your transcript. Each request for an official transcript will be paid through the Parchment website.

Students not needing an official transcript can find copies of their completion certificates within their student account.
