Portal Account Request (PAR)

All first-time users of our online web portal must submit a Portal Account Request (PAR) form before they can use the system. You will not be able to move forward in the system until the PAR request is processed. Requests are reviewed, processed and responded to in 1 business day. This process allows CDE to carefully vet requests and associate users with the correct and proper type of business account.
Upon first log in, you will be presented with a short form asking you to identify yourself, your school, and your school's business manager.

Following submission, you will see the following response message.

CDE will process the Portal Account Request (PAR) and connect your portal user to the correct school's business account. Once we’ve completed processing your request, the system will notify you with an email similar to the one below.
