How to Retrieve an Invoice

School Business Managers will be able to view and download PDF copies of posted Invoices or Credit Memos attached to their school’s account.
Invoices do not show up in the web portal until they are posted. Each Sales Invoice will be posted at the end of the business day that its originating Order was processed and fulfilled.

Select the Invoices menu item to list your Invoices.

Select the Paid Invoices drop down menu to filter the invoices by status.

Each Invoice, once opened, has a Download PDF Button which will download a copy to your browser’s Download folder.
